Discussion on best professional practices with the WTO Director of Conferences.

The World Trade Organization (WTO) Ministerial Conference is continuing in Cameroon with related activities. As part of this, APTIC is organizing a workshop today on best professional practices with the WTO’s Director of Conferences.

She recently oversaw the language coordination for the proceedings held in Yaoundé. She led a team of approximately forty conference services professionals. Armel Fosse, President of APTIC, invites interpreters residing in Yaoundé to participate in large numbers in this meeting, which is presented as an opportunity for networking, sharing experiences, and updating translation and interpretation practices, in a professional context undergoing rapid change due to the impact of AI.
